The next important thing to do is exercise. Dieting is all well and good, but it won't actually help you to shed the pounds you already have. Exercising will burn off fat that your body has already accumulated. You can do anything, just a brisk walk is often enough. The longer you can exercise the better. Don't starve yourself, let your diet and exercise regime become fun!
