If you are desperate to lose 5 or 10 pounds then this is it. This is a safe method on how to lose weight and it doesn't involve diet pills. But this should only be used if you're really desperate to lose weight quickly.

I am talking about water fasting, The best method, if you're desperate to lose weight quickly.

Water fasting is when you go without food for one week, but drinking a lot of water. You might want to check with the doctor before you try this, but it is generally safe.

Any type of water is fine, whether it's tap water or bottled water. Note: water will find it and it does not really matter because you're going to flush it out or system anyways, so it does not have any benefits

The most important thing you want to do is avoid drinking sugar water such as fruit juice, and even orange juice, because it is nothing more than sugar and starch.

The secret if you will, is to drink cold water. Why? Because your body actually burns more calories when you drink it. That this is scientifically proven.

The only thing you don't want to do is drink water too fast or you would get a brain freeze. Ever had a brain freeze when eating ice cream too fast? You might want to avoid that.

If you feel dizzy, then you should eat an apple or orange to get your sugar level up. Otherwise keep drinking water. This is nothing more than a mental challenge for most people. If you like quitting midway don't, you can do it. All it takes is a bit of bit willpower and You will reach your one-week mark of water fasting.
