Hi everyone. It's been awhile and I've been MIA. I've been real busy these last few months and really haven't had the time to keep this updated. My diet hasn't been going that great either. Luckily my new job has a gym on site and I've been going to that and I think its really been helping. I don't look like I lost weigh (and I didn't lose any weight), but I feel good and I don't worry about the number on the scale so much anymore. I feel good and thats all that matters!

Well, good luck to everyone and I'll try to update this at least once a month if I can.
